What we did after the earthquake

We lived through 6 February 2023 in Hatay. This page is not a success story; it is a short account of what we could do in those days.

Many people lost or broke their glasses in the earthquake. With stock on hand and help from suppliers and the team, we tried to give glasses to those who needed them, without charging a fee.

Our own shop was destroyed. We later reopened in Hatay; today we serve from five stores.

The photographs do not restage those days. They recall people helping one another.
